Grady Raines

I am a doctoral candidate in the Management and Organizations group at Cornell's Johnson School of Business. 

I am on the 2025–2026 academic job market. 

I study how formal institutions, such as policies and laws, interact with informal ones, like social norms, to shape entrepreneurship and organizations.
