I’m an Assistant Professor in the Management & Entrepreneurship department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. I hold a Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brigham Young University.

My work focuses on entrepreneurship, labor markets, and inequality.

My research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly and the Strategic Management Journal.
